The machine is used for research, development and quality control.
The basic machine allows pressing under constant working conditions to get flat samples in the laboratory. Customer requirements can be met with a number of options.
The Laboratory Hydraulic press is used to make the uniform & comparable chips from the polymer melt with control & précised temperature & at constant compression pressure.

The machine is laid out as a four-column-press with clamp force 30 Tons and high pressure hydraulic and compact dimensions. With an integrated and smooth running hydraulic system
The hydraulic system is running under oil and allows a press force of 180-200 kg/cm2.
A combined heating-cooling-plate with an integrated cooling bore system and long-life heating cartridges made of aluminium provides an equal heating distribution and a quick cooling under pressure.
Separate heating and cooling zones to cut short the cycle time.
Digital pressure display.

The optional Panel is a combination of touch screen and PLC-control for comfortable operation of the machine.
