- Hopper Loader is designed for Conveying of Free – Flowing Powder /Dry Blend from Bin/Cooler Mixer to Intermediate Hopper of the Processing Machine or Storage Silo.
- The system will be comprised of Automatic Reverse Jet type of filter arrangement batch holding hopper with butterfly valve with pneumatic actuator, pneumatic panel, and vacuum pump with security filter, electric control panel etc. Automatic Reverse jet Filter Cleaning system is also incorporated.
- Pneumatically actuated butterfly valve incorporated for vacuum brake, air by pass valve and discharge valve is also included in the system for safety purpose.
